1. Using Sakunat

Sakunat is a property marketplace connecting buyers, renters, agents, and agencies in Pakistan. By creating an account or browsing listings you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to register an account.

2. Listings

Agents and agencies are responsible for the accuracy of the listings they publish — price, availability, photos, and property details. We moderate listings for obvious fraud and policy violations, but we are not a party to any transaction between a buyer/renter and an agent or property owner.

3. Acceptable use

• No fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading listings.
• No scraping, automated data collection, or abuse of public APIs.
• No harassment of other users through messaging or contact forms.
• No circumventing rate limits, verification, or fraud-detection systems.

4. Paid plans & boosts

Subscription plans, listing boosts, and other paid features are billed as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at checkout. We may suspend paid features on accounts that violate these terms without a refund.

5. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to other users. You can request deletion of your own account at any time from your profile settings.

6. Liability

Sakunat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from transactions, listing inaccuracies, or third-party services linked from the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sakunat after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
