What we collect
When you create an account, list a property, or contact an agent through Sakunat, we collect the information you provide directly — name, email, phone number, and any message content. When you browse listings, we collect usage data (pages viewed, searches run, saved properties) to operate search, alerts, and analytics features.
How we use it
- To operate your account, listings, and saved searches.
- To connect buyers/renters with agents and agencies (leads).
- To send transactional notifications (account, leads, billing).
- To send marketing or product updates only where you've opted in.
- To detect fraud and abuse and keep the marketplace trustworthy.
Who we share it with
Contact details you submit through an enquiry form are shared with the listing agent/agency so they can respond to you. We use third-party processors for payments, email/SMS delivery, and hosting — each is bound by a data-processing agreement and only receives the data needed to provide that service. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your account data at any time from your profile settings. Deleting your account removes your personal data from active systems within 30 days, except where we're required to retain records (e.g. invoices) for legal or accounting reasons.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your currency/locale preference. Non-essential cookies (analytics) only run if you accept them in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.
